Everything seems to still be going well, although Dr. Astle said that she was a little small for how far along we thought I was. He said that it could be that she is just a small girl, or it could be that we miscalculated and I am not as far along as we thought. We are going to have another ultrasound in 8 weeks to see how things have developed.
Her little arm
Little cute body... look at that spine!

Yup! It's a Girl! ... we are glad she cooperated! This is the one time it was okay for her not to be modest! :)
The next couple of pictures are 3D, which are very cool, but hard to understand if you don't know what to look for. I'll try and help out as best I can...
She is on the right side of this picture. You can see her profile with her nose and mouth, and you can see her little arm and her hand up toward her forehead!
And.... last but not least, we were able to catch her sucking her thumb!!! It was fun to watch during the ultrasound as her little hand was able to find her mouth!
All in all, it has been a very fun morning! It was such a neat experience to be able to see our little girl and know that she is growing and getting closer and closer to being with us every day! We already love her so much!!!! Bill was so cute during and after the ultrasound! It was fun to hear the excitement in his voice as he called to tell his family, and hear him start talking about "Daddy's little girl!" I know she will get him wrapped around her little finger in no time... she probably already has!

CONGRATS! Girls are so much fun! I'm so excited for you guys! Are you showing yet? where's the belly picture? hehe jk!
Horray for a little girl! - and along the line of little, Gwenna was little too. She was small my whole pregnancy and then even though I was late and had to be induced, she was still only 5 lbs. 12 oz. ... some babies are small... and it's a good thing! :o) Congratulations!
Congrats you guys! That's awesome!
yay for little girls!!! I can't wait to meet her!!!!

Hi Emily! I found your blog through Cassie's and just wanted to add my congratulations on the baby girl! That is so exciting. Not sure if you knew or not, but we are actually having a baby boy in February. Crazy huh. They can be little friends. Hope that things continue to go well for you and Billy!
AAAHHHH!!!! I'm so excited for you!!!! I want to hear the whole name list over Christmas break! Katie says you were thinking about naming her Kate, but I think a name like...Kimber might be better =) Haha...totally joking! Anyways, I'm coming home in a week for Thanksgiving, maybe I'll get to see you! If not, it'll just have to wait til December. Love ya Emily!
Kimber
Oh, I love the pictures! I am so excited for you guys! My baby was a small guy at birth, only 5 lbs. 6oz., but super healthy. Hopefully it's the same for you.

So, I vote that your little girl and my little boy, in, say, 22 years or so, hook up. What do you think? That's so exciting--the 3D ultrasound pictures are amazing!!
